Sketching remains a worthwhile pastime to maintain one’s mind, though, I do mourn the lack of coloured pigments once at my disposal.

These creatures are among the many I have seen, documented, and slain roaming the grounds of the Mensis Nightmare. None have looked quite so serene in spite of my wants to imagine them so. I am not compelled to believe they truly existed beyond this trap, nor that the School of Mensis would stray so far to create such senseless abominations in the name of boredom, though, what have we. It is a disturbing thought to indulge, the depravity of the school.

In case you don't know about Epithet Erased and Anime campaign, it's basically a setting where people can be born with abilities based on a word called an Epithet. It's up to training and imagination what kind of abilities that word could entail

Samit's Epithet is Coastal, so she can create waves out of thin air, coral spires, and sand. She uses these abilities to surf around on land, fight crime, and repair the coral reefs.

Samit dropped out of university to protest megacorperations dumping toxic waste into the ocean and advocate for woman's rights. She's part of the Clean Water Front (CWF) which is an organization that advocates the protection of the worlds oceans and lakes.

Here are some fun facts:

She enjoys surfing in the winter to raise awareness for shoreline cleanup

She volunteers at soup kitchen to help the less fortunate

Her favorite flavour of ice cream is licorice.

Belongs to a gardening club (to everyone's disdain, her plot was used to make a saltwater aquarium with different kinds of kelp)

Constantly visits the mayor to talk his ear off cause he is required by law to listen to her

Doesn't drive; skateboards everywhere (the city didn't like all of the saltwater flooding she was causing with her epithet to surf on land)
