#insect knit

so in the famous probable words of meredith leafhopper, "man there is a distinct lack of insect themed knitting patterns so im going to make some" except for marine creatures.

my goal is to have insect themed knits (sweaters and socks) in time for when i take entomology class next aug, and then marine themed knits in time for aug 2027

most likely just gonna knit leafhopper knits for insect class, but for marine biology im gonna 1. def make this cute trilobite sweater and 2. maybe if i have time and knowledge, make my own?
