So on our team for swimming, the super fast group of girls always hang out with each other and they’re super nice and funny but they aren’t really considerate to other swimmers. Now I’m what some people would call fast, but not up to their standards. And I do talk to all the fast people in that circle and are somewhat friends, but they never really invite me to stuff. So how do I get into their little circle? Or any advice?

I guess it just depends on how friendly you are and how long you've been talking to them. As long as you are friendly and make interesting conversation these girls will warm up to you. Do you mean they don't invite you to parties? Because I can honestly say that the more you talk to people the weirder the jokes get and the more they will want to hang out with you in both practice and socially.

But what really concerns me is that you say they are not considerate to other people. Now, I don't know if they are mean or anything but the best thing you can do is surround yourself with people whom you genuinely enjoy talking to. It's kinda like making new friends in elementary school.
