So these are my produce drawers in my refrigerator. Why am I posting this? It is hard for me to get in my minimum of 3 veggies and 2 fruits per day, especially when I want to keep it fresh. We shop every two weeks, so I have to be strategic about what I buy and in what order I eat it to prevent wasting food. I have not been super successful at this in general, but especially when I cheat on my plan. We are going shopping tomorrow, so this is after two weeks. All that is left is spinach, which is for a meal I am cooking Saturday, two apples, some pineapple and blueberries I will finish tomorrow morning.
