How are you doing, it’s 1:07 and the insomnia is hitting hard, 9am lecture is gonna kill me 🕯️
Omg thats not great maybe try and go to sleep at some point? 1am isn’t too bad but getting up tmr will probably really suck.
Maybe try listening to music and closing your eyes, thats what i do. It just gives you somthing to focus on while you fall asleep so its not too boring. It doesn’t work for everyone but it’s worth a try ig. Also depends on what type of music, i put it on softly and set a timer so it turns off after a bit. Either do slightly more relaxed music/ playlist or put on some background noise like rain or something. Idk maybe it will help.
