Like I've stated before, I really like Kpop. I grew up listening to alot of big groups (my faves when I was young was DBSK, SHINee, 2ne1, Tenjochiki, And so much more) But by the time 4th Gen came around I wasn't listening to newer groups. 3rd Gen wise I like Blackpink but they aren't an ult or anything, Same for BTS, I like plenty of their songs but I didn't really STAN them like I stanned DBSK
Then ATEEZ hit me. And I fucking lost it.
I loved their storyline, their range of music and their chaotic nature.
But my problem always came to standing girl groups. Cause you know before Blackpink it was all the cute concept. Which is fine but didn't appeal to me. Then by 4th Gen it was all girl crush and I was tired of it even if I liked some songs.
I bring this all up because, I CANT BELIEVE I FUCKING MISSED DREAMCATCHER. Like I heard of them when I was young but never tried to listen to them genuinely. Just let their songs pa's me by and I DONT KNOW HOW. I WAS AN ANIME KID. I LOVE ROCK. I LOVE KPOP. AND I LOVE WEIRD BLENDS OF CREATIVITY IN MUSIC. DREAMCATCHER IS LITERALLY PERFECT FOR ME AND IM SO MAD IT TOOK JUSTICE TO MAKE ME FALL IN LOVE INSTANTLY.
Also ironically started ulting Ateez when Mingi (my bias) was on health leave. And now I'm standing Dreamcatcher when Siyeon (my bias) is also on health leave. I think I have bad timing.
So yeah this post is just me wanting to tell you all that Dreamcatcher is great. They might become my ult girl group! And I'm so happy!
