Last week I went to my first meeting with a family support worker. She’s ace! I was meeting with her before when the big two were littler and life felt overwhelming. This time I’m back with a whole different level of overwhelm. She’s helping me by doing a little bit of life coaching. We decided that I should give myself time in my week to be creative. Now although I’m doing ceramics I also feel like I need some different too.
