But how committed? - This is the question I face everyday! How committed am I to managing my health, money, time and even my mental and emotional wellbeing. - It’s a challenge, I’m sure, for all of us. We’re being pulled in so many directions! For me, I can easily fall into giving my energy and time to others which leaves very little for “me and mines”! - In the last 6 months I’ve used the excuse that I’m too busy... and recently while reading “Girl, Stop Apologizing” by @msrachelhollis I was confronted by the fact that I choose to be as busy as I am. I’m the master of my schedule and just as easily as I became busy I could become unbusy. - I had a hard time with this. The conversation I had with myself was, “But, I have to do XXX!!!” And upon further examination, I realized I was giving my power over to soooooo many other elements.
