There is are different progressions to exercising. Both these ladies are working their triceps. Both working on increasing strength. Using the bars from the floor with knees bent is great for beginners to intermediate athletes or using the rings with a resistance band can be used for beginners to intermediate athletes also. Which would you prefer?? Emotional morning for this mama. Last year I couldn’t snatch more then 95# or even squat snatch at that weight. I have to say I’ve learned so much from last year and one being “Patience”! The constant work on strengthening my lats, core and increasing mobility exercises for my tight hips has been proven to me. I certainly believe in myself more. I believe I CAN and I WILL. Now working on New goals for 2018! Second half of the morning is watching my son perform in his holiday show.
