We can always make changes to our lives but sometimes we get scared. We get scared of changes because we are scared of what might come with those changes. Open your heart, soul, and mind and let change come into your life. There is good changes & bad changes we just have to make sure we make the right changes. Don't be scared to change your life because the person you are right now might not even be the REAL you. When we make changes we explore our lives. Be an explorer and explore your mind and body. Remember not all changes are bad  therefore we must learn to accept those changes that life brings into our lives. If it so happens that we are not happy with those changes then we learn from it and WE change into a stronger person and then change our lives again untill we find the real us in it.
