Ever have those moments where God shows you "YOU" in someone else's situation to keep you humble and on the right path? That was his little reminder to me earlier today. The message was.. " if you are only doing the right thing for people to pat you on the back...you aren't doing it for the right reason." -GOD How does that apply to me? I use to get SO MAD when the people I helped would turn their backs on me or when people in this city didn't support. Then one day it hit me.. Would I be doing the same thing if there were no social media to receive LIKES? Would I still want to empower women if it were only a few that "got it?" My answer was yes... So I had to check me... If you are doing it for the right reason stop wasting time worrying about who is including you, helping, paying, chanting your name or coming to a show once a year. STAY FOCUSED... On the WORK not the applause.. It will come when its supposed too. So...STOP WHINING AND GET BACK TO WORK!! ...that last part was all my daddy though... #instastory #instafaith #getbacktowork

As part of my 10 week prayer journey with God through Beth Moore’s book, Whispers of Hope, I have daily acknowledged God’s right to rule in my life. Specifically asking Him each morning to make me immediately aware of times my thoughts cause me to depart from His authority throughout my day. . He is so faithful in honoring my request and oftentimes, quite comical. For example, yesterday I hadn’t even realized my thoughts were starting to go in a negative direction until I was jolted “back to truth” as I hit my chin on the corner of chair. I literally laughed out loud and said, “Thank you for answering my prayer, I totally asked you to do that!” . One of the most beautiful aspects of having an active, daily, personal relationship with Jesus are moments just like this one. There are many experiences of intimate and authentic connection with Him throughout each day. Not much different than those we have with our closest friends and family. It becomes so very real to you. Not just in head knowledge but more importantly in heart knowledge and experience. . Many people have asked me how I came to love spending time with God. The Holy Spirit connects with the individual's spirit through the awareness of their own being — their heart and soul, their spiritual essence.

Jesus Christ, Yeshua, the physical representation of God the Father Creator, manifested on Earth as a human being in a man's physical form, but with the pure, righteous spirit of God. The one and only Son, Messiah of man, and mediator for our kind.

God, Father, Elohim, the creator of all things, the master of all creation of time and space. The Alpha and Omega and infinity and eternal life. The good news, the truth, the light.
