It probably has to do with the IG Live in which he was helping Jay Shetty promote his book. It was never meant to be a Q&A session with Shawn and his fans. It was Jay’s live with Shawn as a guest.

I don’t understand people. So he’s selfish because he didn’t interact with the fans? Literally every comment was “OmG your hair,” “Come to X country,” or song lyrics (some of which weren’t even his songs). Maybe if there was more comments about what Jay and Shawn were talking about….
