With your Instant Pot, it's easy to make rich caramel sauce and dulce de leche. This is great for adding a sweet touch to your favorite recipes or drizzling over desserts.
Ingredients: 2 cans 800g sweetened condensed milk. Water.
Instructions: Take the labels off of the cans of condensed milk. Put the trivet on the bottom of the Instant Pot and add the cans on top of it. Water the Instant Pot until the cans are at least an inch above the water. It's time to seal the vent and close the Instant Pot lid. Let it cook for 40 minutes on high pressure. Let the pressure drop naturally for 15 minutes, and then release any pressure that is still there by hand. Remove the cans from the Instant Pot with care and let them cool for at least 30 minutes. When you open the cans, dulce de leche caramel sauce will come out!
