Transform sweetened condensed milk into luscious caramel dulce de leche using the Instant Pot. This rich and velvety sauce is perfect for drizzling over desserts or adding a sweet twist to your favorite recipes.
Ingredients: 2 cans 28 oz each sweetened condensed milk. Water for covering cans.
Instructions: Take off the labels on the cans of sweetened condensed milk. Put the trivet inside the Instant Pot on top of the cans. Fill the cans with enough water to cover them all. Start the 35-minute high pressure timer and close the Instant Pot lid. Let the pressure drop naturally for 10 minutes, and then quickly let it go. Take the cans out carefully and let them cool down before opening them. Mix the milk that has been caramelized until it is smooth and creamy. Put it in jars to store it, or use it right away as a topping or filling.
