Answer (1 of 1): I have A LOT of reasons :)I can cook meals FASTER. A recipe that would previously take hours (or all day in the Crockpot) can be done in 20 minutes in the Instant Pot. For example, black bean chili. No need to soak the beans overnight and boil for hours. Just throw ’em in the Instant Pot for 20 minutes.I can cook meals TASTIER. Because the Instant Pot has a high pressure cooking setting, it really infuses the highest amount of flavor. Like, supercharged flavor.I can cook CHEAPER. Although my Instant Pot cost me about $80, it paid for itself in probably a month or so. I can cook stews with cheaper cuts of meat and they taste restaurant quality. I can also cook in bulk and freeze single portions for later. Since I got the Instant Pot, I eat out at restaurants only for social occasions (not because I’m too lazy or tired to cook).
