The bread, Tibetian one quite thick is prepared with wheat dough in a traditional way,baked in a furnace which are heated using coal . Labourers or working class are their customers .They would start their day by 8am, buy breads for breakfast and lunch before going to work. It is a sumptuous food at affordable cost. .. ..
