I swear there is an ocean behind me. It's an overcast Saturday morning which is perfect running weather for me. I love running in my new neighbourhood, so many beautiful houses to see, dog walkers to greet and other runners as we nod or wave the runners hello. I am truly grateful to be able to move my body. I love being outside, fresh air and the ocean, what more can I ask for? Blissed out after a much needed sports massage. Though there were moments of tears while working out the knots my massage therapist knows my body and at the end I felt refreshed and relaxed. It's so important to take care of your body inside and out. Adam and I have been eating a plant based menu pretty much six days a week and we feel so much better. More energy, better sleeps, and my jeans are a bit lose. Score! We will be heading to Seattle next week for four nights. It will be interesting to see how what places we find to feed the soul. Any vegetarian restaurants in Seattle that you recommend?
