Why Educators, Scientists, Schools, Colleges, Universities, the Liberal Media, the Democratic Party are wrong about Maths, Evolution, and the Theory of Gravity.
Merriam Webster defines a “Theory” as:
To form an opinion of, from little or no evidence. To believe or suppose.
To arrive at a conclusion about; by conjecture, chance, or intuition.
The purpose of this article is to show that the whole “Theory of Gravity” is a lie forced upon us by godless people, just like the “Theory of Evolution”. I will show that there have been many “Theories” to do with “Gravity” and thus will prove that so called “scientists” actually know nothing. If they are continually exploring, researching, and questioning and redefining their assumptions how can we, as ignorant lay people, know what is fact? Where is the rock upon which we stand?
I will show that where the scientific explanation for gravity has changed over the centuries the church has remained firm that gravity has, is, and always will be, caused by God.
Aristotle (384 – 322 BC).
Aristotle proposed his “Theory of Gravity” with the following observation;
Objects fall at a speed relative to their mass.
Meaning that heavy things such as rocks, people, horses will fall to the ground. That is, towards the center of the Earth, because they are more massive. Lighter things will fall slowly, or indeed upwards, because they are lighter, that is less massive. Things like gases or vapors because everything has its “natural place” within the Universe.
The property of a body that is a measure of its inertia* and that is commonly taken as a measure of the amount of material that it contains and thus causes it to have weight within a gravitational field.
The force* with which a body is attracted toward the Earth, or a celestial body, by gravitation and which is equal to the product of the mass of the body and the local gravitational acceleration.
After the Fall of Ancient Greece it was the Muslims who preserved the teachings and writings of Aristotle and it is the Muslims who passed these writings to the scholars of both Asia and Europe.
Galileo Galilei (1564 – 1642 AD).
Galileo overturned the Aristotelian ideal with his “Theory of Gravity” with the following observation;
Objects fall at a speed independent of their mass.
Meaning that, no matter their shape or weight, all objects will fall towards the surface of the Earth at the same speed.
Indeed, Galileo demonstrated this to his students in Pisa by dropping two objects of different weight from the top of the Tower of Pisa. It was Galileo himself that stated that any Scientific Theory should and must be backed up and tested by repeated experimentation and observation.
With his observations, and experimentation in and of gravity and the movement of the Celestial bodies Galileo proposed a Heliocentric Solar System, proving that the Earth orbited the Sun. This heresy brought Galileo to the attention of Pope Urban VII and the Holy Office. In 1615 AD Galileo was tried and convicted. Due to the fact that he recanted Galileo was sentenced to house arrest and spent the rest of his life incarcerated in his own home.
Given the fact that one in four Americans, that is 79,000,000 people, currently believe that the Sun orbits the Earth* it can be seen that Pope Urban VII and the Catholic Church was and is right and that Galileo Galilei was wrong.
One hundred years after his death, while Galileo's body was being moved for reburial, a fan snipped off a finger from the corpse. The finger was recovered and now resides in the Museum of the History of Science, Florence, now known as the Museo Galileo. Galileo's finger rests in a state of Digitus Impudicus, facing the Holy City of Rome.
Sir Isaac Newton (1643 – 1727).
Newton expanded upon the work of Galileo and developed his “Theory of Universal Gravitation”, which states;
Any two bodies in the Universe attract each other with a force that is directly proportional to the product of their masses, and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them.
What this means is that the Earth did indeed “attract” the objects that Galileo dropped from the top of the tower at Pisa while, at the same time, those objects also exerted an “attraction” upon the Earth (granted, a very, very much smaller force).
This also means that, no matter how far apart, everything in the Universe attracts everything else. Even stars that are an inconceivable distance from our Sun and the Earth are having some effect upon us. It is just that the distances are so vast that the effect is so very small.
Of course, this is utterly ridiculous as can be shown by simply wetting ones fingertip and lifting up a piece of tissue paper and not having “gravity” pull it to the ground because there is NO other force working upon it.
It is taken as gospel truth that Newton conceived of his idea of gravity when he observed an apple falling, not when an apple fell upon his head, which is apocryphal.
As a historical note, Sir Isaac Newton is the inventor of the cat-flap, so there is that.
Albert Einstein (1879 – 1955).
Albert Einstein overturned all other work with his “General Theory of Relativity” (published in 1916) which states, at a very basic level;
The observed gravitational effect between bodies (masses) results from their warping of the spacetime* continuum.
At a very basic level this means that our Universe could be considered as an elastic sheet and that planets, stars, and other celestial bodies (masses) rest upon this elastic sheet and deform it. The bodies then orbit one another, moving along the deformations, almost as if they were upon tracks.
Spacetime is the skein of our Universe, celestial bodies (masses) deform the skein and orbit one another by moving through and along these dips and valleys.
Einstein did not, in fact, “flunk” maths. By the age of eleven he was conversant in College level physics, he was a brilliant violin player, was fluent in both the Latin and Greek languages and before the age of fifteen he had mastered Calculus.
This is, of course, all nonsense. Human knowledge may be based upon and built upon the false assumptions of men such as Aristotle, Copernicus, Tycho Brahe, Johannes Kepler, Galileo Galilei, Sir Isaac Newton, Albert Einstein, Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson, Prof. Brian Cox, and all those other men and women who have selflessly looked to expand human knowledge and understanding of our World through the centuries.
Every question can be answered by reading The Bible. The Bible is the Word of God and though it may not give specific details and is, in fact, historically in-accurate and morally unjustifiable in many regards, it is The Truth. Indeed, though much of The Bible has been edited, translated, and discarded (The Apocrypha) The Bible answers all our questions by telling us that we do not need to ask questions.
God is Omnipotent, Omniscient, and Omnipresent. Things exist in the manner that they do because everything is in its “natural place”. If you fall, you fall towards the ground, rather than up into the aether, because God exerts His presence and presses you down towards the ground. He also keeps all the myriad celestial bodies in their paths. It is therefore obvious that if you hurt yourself while falling that you have displeased God and have been rightly punished.
After all, did not God chose to save Vesna Vulović? A young stewardess who fell 33,000 feet, after her plane was destroyed by a bomb and only suffered the minor inconveniences of a shattered skull, crushed vertebrae, broken legs, and a coma. Science can, in no way, explain how she lived. Don't believe the medical and physical reports that were released after the event.
Actually, I have just realized I have made an awful mistake.
Merriam Webster defines a “Theory” as:
Well substantiated explanation based on knowledge that has been repeatedly confirmed through observation and experimentation.
Merriam Webster defines a “Guess” as:
To form an opinion of, from little or no evidence. To believe or suppose.
To arrive at a conclusion about; by conjecture, chance, or intuition.
Merriam Webster defines a “Belief” as:
A feeling of being sure that someone or something exists, or that something is true.
*Inertia : A body's resistance to acceleration. A body will remain at rest or in motion unless another force acts upon it.
*Force : The product of mass and acceleration acting upon a body.
*National Science Foundation study involving 2200 participants.
*Spacetime : A concept of time and three-dimensional space (length, width, and breadth) regarded as an interwoven four-dimensional continuum (length, width, breadth, and time).
