Hi. So I'm watching Ms Marvel and a large part of it revolves around Kamala's grandmother and great grandmother being separated during Partition. Realizing that I knew nothing about it, I tried to find a good source to educate myself, but what I found all seemed to presume a level of background information that public school in Texas did not provide me with. Can anyone recommend a source that assumes I know no more than a small child, but isn't too oversimplified?
