    it  might  have  been  a  somewhat  primitive  method,  but  it  yielded  good  results  with  some  adjustments.  (  the  romans  hadn’t  exactly  left  detailed  instructions,  but  modern  medicine  had  come  a  long  way  with  amputation.  )  she  walks  back  into  their  house  brandishing  the  blood  stained  bag,  before  she  drops  it  to  the  table  before  him.  if  aster  is  going  to  use  the  cake  knives  to  slit  throats,  she’s  going  to  drop  body  parts  in  bags  onto  the  table.  “  that  lead  turned  out.  ”  there  were  rumours  of  a  lingering  leader  of  the  old  ways  seeking  to  oppose  his  rule,  thinking  they  were  somehow  oblivious.  she  simply  showed  him  they  had  eyes  everywhere.  “  it  was  bloody  but  i  made  sure  he’d  live.  ”  she’d  sealed  the  wounds,  made  sure  he  didn’t  bleed  out  before,  but  she  did  nothing  about  the  pain.  “  i  think  he  knows  better  than  to  try  a  coup  now.  ”  @vurasisms​​

    when  he  gets  back  into  his  apartment,  still  before  dawn,  he  has  to  chuckle  at  the  symmetry.  this  is  how  he  and  jackson,  well,  met.  an  open  door,  an  open  cabinet,  a  call  out  to  the  supposed  inhabitant.  (  we  should  see  harlow  sometime,  jackson  reminds  him,  and  he  can’t  help  but  agree.  he’ll  add  it  to  his  to  do  list.  )  he  drops  his  bag  by  the  door,  kicks  off  his  shoes  and  goes  to  walk  into  the  kitchen.  “  ooh,  smells  delicious.  ”  jackson  has  to  agree.  he  gets  the  lions  share  by  default,  or  at  least,  experiences  most  of  what  he  does.  (  dealers  choice.  )  he  has  to  chuckle  at  the  anatomically  correct  heart  on  the  plate  beside  the  stove.  (  it  is  accurate,  he  has  to  give  v  that.  )  “  glad  to  know  you’re  using  your  key.  ”  and  discretion.   @vurasisms​

    moving  into  a  mansion,  pool-side,  waited  on  hand  and  foot  with  aster  and  his  outstanding  choice  of  a  boyfriend,  is  the  best  decision  she’s  made  since  leaving  avalon.  she’s  living  in  the  lap  of  luxury  and  she’s  more  than  content  to  stay  there  for  as  long  as  she  can.  she  tips  her  head  up,  one  hand  still  wading  through  the  crystal  clear  water,  when  she  hears  footsteps.  “  good  morning,  sunshine.  ”  she  bites,  takes  a  few  more  moments  to  bask  in  the  sun  before  she  sets  herself  off  the  float  and  swims  towards  the  edge.  there’s  a  margarita  waiting  for  her  there,  next  to  a  pool  of  blood  she’s  left  by  the  water’s  edge  to  give  the  pool  boy  one  of  his  many  heart  attacks.  she  takes  the  straw  between  her  teeth,  arms  resting  on  the  pools  edge.  “  did  your  silk  sheets  treat  you  well?  ”  it’s  mostly  a  joke  but  they  certainly  are  affluent.  “  how’d  you  come  to  afford  those,  anyway?  ”  and  coming  to  think  of  it,  “  how’d  you  come  to  afford  all  of  this?  ”  she  leans  in,  smile  showing.  “  who’d  you  kill?  or  suck  off?  i  don’t  judge.  ”     @vurasisms​

    they weren’t identical. as a former identical twin, he feels justified in passing that judgement. but he knows that jackson’s suspicious, at the very least. it isn’t everyday you find someone walking around wearing your face. and sometimes, wearing that face better becomes an obsession. ( he’s grateful jack has weaponised him. it was just what he needed. )  palm pressing flat on the door he’s walking through, keeping himself by it as he calls the other’s attention. “ what’s up, twin-a-roonie ? ”  he’s lucky that jackson has an emotive manner of speech to begin with. kicking the door shut with his foot, shoulders swaying. “ having a good time wearing my face? ” oh, the irony.  // @vurasisms​

    “ so, we’re in hell. ” big whoop. he’s not speaking to anyone in particular, just getting his bearings. “ prettttttty nice digs. ” the devil has connections. ( big shock there. ) “ not that i’m surprised but you know, didn’t know satanic worship paid so well. ” it could definitely be said that he needs to calm down. catching sight of someone walking by him, the glee drifting from his face and morphing confusion. “ hey! ” going to catch the man’s arm. gaining enough leverage to get a look at the man’s face and, “ oh, dude, that’s freaky. ” // @vurasisms
