Beer making tutorial
This is the whole instruction written by Emilio Dahl Herce for the DIY Beer Making workshop. We will try it tomorrow.
DIY Beer Making Workshop from Emilio Dahl Herce
Emilio Dahl Herce, a local beer maker in Madrid, Spain, visited Media Lab Prado to give a workshop on DIY beer making in Conveniencely Yours project of Interactivos?16. Moncho introduced Emilio with Andreas a week ago to have some discussions on the possibility with DIY Beer Making using available materials in the local stores near Medialab. Due to the busy schedule of Emilio, we couldn’t arranged the workshop to held earlier in the project, but today after several arrangements, Emilio had the time to not only giving workshop, but also accompany us to find some tools and materials for making our beer during the open lab workshop in Interactivos?16.
During the workshop, Emilio gave a detailed information on DIY beer making and how the process could be done in your own kitchen. The process is actually quite easy, however what made us worry more is the fermentation process that normally took 7-8 days for the beer is ready for consumption. After doing the workshop and help us pick up on the tools and materials, we are preparing for the beer making tomorrow. Gracias Emilio!!
