Mastery Journal-PTM
Hi guys!
So it’s been about a month or two since my last post and I’m very excited to continue sharing my journey through this program! In my first class, we had to create a presentation with goals for our future classes. The first goal I had for PTM(Project and Team Management) was to better understand what motivates a team, I feel like I haven't necessarily learned what motivates a team but I have learned that each person on a team is different and each have their own ways of accomplishing tasks or working as a team. My next goal was to better learn about budgets and distribution, I would say that I did learn a lot more on what some things may be worth like the labor of an employee or how much of a budget the equipment costs. My final goal was to better observe my classmates and what niches they may fit into. I feel like I have improved on this largely. It was different this time around since we rejoined another class and had about 10 extra people to learn about. We did personality assessments and played guessing games as to what each of us would be, like an INTP or a DISC profile, which was very interesting and fun.
