#Repost @raschmugl ・・・ I started working out on June 29th this year. At that time I had trouble climbing up the stairs to my Appartement on the 3rd floor without my legs burning and gasping for air. I've been doing hiit and strength training and my main goal was to loose bodyfat. Almost two months have passed and I wasn't happy with my results. I've lost more than 4 kg but I still didn't like what I saw in the mirror. So I was ready to give up. It was still so much to do, still such a long way to go. Then a few weeks ago I had to catch a train. After I got on the train I noticed that I didn't have to gasp for air at all!! Plus when I climb up the stairs to my Appartement my legs don't hurt any more. Over the weeks I mainly concentrated on loosing weight. But being fit is mich more than that. I can feel it now and it feels great. I am more flexible and more agile have a wider range of motion (I had trouble turning my upper body to the left and right) and much more stronger. Moreover fitness and healty eating have become a habbit. Now I can relate to what all the fitness experts say when they talk about #fitnessisajourney. It never stops. It's a way you live your life. What worked for me is to start with baby steps. Since I haven't worked out for decades I started with 12 minutes of the #beginnerbootcamp every second day. Now I am almost through with their #intermediatebootcamp with @bodyrocktv_lisamarie and @traineredith. I can only recommend everyone to start moving and exercising. It even elevates my mood ;)) You can do this too and I am sure it will benefit you in may ways as well. Have fun and enjoy!
