@www.pixmule.com I follow the 12-hour rule between dinner and breakfast and it is important that I don't skip breakfast. The 12-hour rule is part of the Clean Program by Dr. Junger which I did for 21 days and helped me lose weight. According to Dr. Junger, in that 12 hours the body goes into a detox mode. Notes: According to the Mayo Clinic, it takes at least 36 hours before food is fully digested.
