Honestly wild how much people on the internet will say "The curtains are JUST BLUE English teachers are dumb" and then turn around and overanalyze the exact wording of something someone posted to the internet as if that person spent months carefully choosing what they were going to say
#internet garbage#my thoughts#like it's not that deep when it comes to social media posts#people are often speaking/posting quickly and not thinking about how they word things#and you'll see someone saying because they used x word this post was clearly supposed to be universal and not just apply to the author#even though the author probably just used whatever wording came to them first#and then they'll turn around and tell you to stop overanalyzing an actual novel or film where people where did actually put months#(or even years)#of work into making it mean something specific#Maybe you just like looking for things to get mad about at that point
