Internet of Behaviours (IOB) is an extension of the Internet of things (IoT) with the ability to generate behavioral patterns through the help of analysis of data, psychology of the customers, and technology.
IoT and IOB combined to create an environment that can influence customer psychology and preferences even more. They become more accurate and powerful when used with each other.
While I wrote this blog I got thrown up with iPhone ads because I searched for it yesterday and also with accessories I was thinking about. This all becomes possible after gathering information about the customers and using it in such a way that it can influence them to get that product.
IoT alone was not able to track consumer behavior and endnotes. Still, IOB now enables customers' journeys to be tracked and analyzed to the fullest extent, so that behavior can be more defined and actions can be taken accordingly.
IOB combined IoT, with the ability to understand the intent of the customer rather than the language used, more emphasis is given to intent so that it can understand the behavioral psychology more efficiently and influence to be made accordingly.
IOB is one such technology that when used mindfully can create wonders in the business world and help both businesses and customers to reach what they were looking for. Prospects are high and usages are effective, wonders are to be made. IOB is here to stay
