“I wish I could just make someone happy with just me.” He laid his head down on the table as he looked at Alfred, “I’m sorry I’m complaining so much and being an issue for you.” He sighed a bit and sat up and grabbed his glass of water this time rather than another shot. He was probably all too far gone anyways, but he was going to try to sober up some.

{ Not counting the two side muse kiddies I have on this blog… As of right now, I’d have to say that Nori is the smallest at 5′0″, though I have a few muses waiting in the wings. I bring that up because there’s a demon girl who will definitely be... shorter than Nori.

If I include the two kids… It would be Desa since she’s the youngest, but she will grow to be taller than the other kid, Aishi. Aishi, even as an adult will be stuck standing a 4′9″-4′10″ due to her poor nutrition in the hands of the cult. Desa will probably get to about 5′2″ as an adult. }

His daily work schedule at the cafe had become routine now for James -- a routine he welcomed and has settled into for the last 5-6 years now. Regardless, he found excitement in the different kinds of people he got to meet through his work; there were a few faces he came to know well as they were regulars in the cafe and the most recent addition to his regulars was a man who shared his passion in the world of dancing and they got into eagerly chatting about it.

Thankfully, Saturday was usually pretty relaxed and James trusted his employees would handle themselves ... or his nephew would step in and handle them. The man he had mentioned from earlier was sitting in the cafe and had been for the last few hours, so James excused himself to take a break ( getting a cocked eyebrow and questioning look from Hideki ) and slid into the seat opposite of the ravenette, coffee in hand.

“So, I’ve been thinking about switching our convos up; although I love sharing my stories, I haven’t learned too much about you, like how you ended up getting into dancing yourself. I always liked dancing but I originally wanted to go into the medical field ... that didn’t pan out too well in the end, but thanks to someone I had met in university they tied me to connections in the dancing industry and ... ta-dah, here I am. Or was, rather.”

James always wanted to know more about his customers that frequented the place; he was a sponge for information ( and drama ), and sometimes it ... did kind of show.

“Do you do it as a hobby or is it professionally? You never did tell me either what kind of dancing you’re into considering all the different styles that exist now.”
