Funny story with 8-3's final theme, Event Horizon I had (I'm kinda mad bout it though):
Basically, the first time playing through 8-3, I somehow went a route that caused the music to be muffled at the space part of 8-3 and so I was like "Alright, the music is mysterious and fitting for space, nothing too special though." Then, I played through the level for a second time, same route, and still only heard muffled music. It wasn't until LAST NIGHT that I was told that the music that is SUPPOSED to play at the space part is NOT meant to be muffled. I had to figure this out, so I played through the level again, but only getting the blue skull route. When the walls fell down and I heard the song in its entirety, I was simply flabberghasted. Astonished. Bewildered. I had thought that it was just simply mysterious muffled chords that were meant to play, but in all actuality, what was playing was a complete, impeccable MASTERPIECE.
I was already really liking the song at first, the drums were sick and the chords, bass, and guitar felt perfect with each other. But then, the part came. THE part. Castle Vein, Glory, Altars of Apostasy, The World Looks Red, Suffering Leaves Suffering Leaves, Danse Macabre, In Absentia ΛΟΓΟΣ. All flashed through my mind within an instant as I took in the immaculate reprise of each and every said song's own revision of what is, to me, THE ULTRAKILL CHORD PROGRESSION.
As I completed the level, I began to violently shake as tears of pure astonishment and joy streamed down my face. Words fail to describe the sensation of this experience. All of that is to say that there may never be a piece in ULTRAKILL that can surpass this heavenly masterpiece.
God damnit this sounds like something an AI chat bot would write 😭😭😭. I know I'm being really fucking over dramatic but I swear guys this song was life-changing it was epiphanating (if that even is a word).

what if the the what if you V1 ilrakill you went and you into went into treachery and there 9-1 would be a guantleet style level liek 6-1 butr BUT gabirlel and his power childens or whatever were waiting for you at the end, BUT BUT instead of trying to kill you, they invite you for a niuce hell famfily dinenr and you jhave a tgreat tiem with the dead council and all the archangels and then afte ryou have the doinner of youyr life you and gabrieelr go to his room but right before your wer about to hang oout with gabriel and not do anything that goes beyond the boundaries of SFW content, the walls fall abart and you find yourself in interstelalr space like in 8-3 and thent and then gabre3il is oike "Machine, it has come to my attention that I, as God's fist comes inside of me, must commit suicide with all of hell coming with me. Join me, machine, as I turn my Imperfect Hatred into a ruthless act of Infinite Hyperdeath." and then you go get gabreik go you get his sword (probbabbaloply spelenedor) and you gusy so go to teh core of hell in 9-2 and kill hell. detsroy hell. and everything gone...
then you go and find out that V2 is still alive and you, him, and gabriel al go on an romantic dinner night together but then god comes in and says "what's up zlabriel and V1 and V2, I'm alive bitches can I join the dinner?" and then he tries to sit down but because he's hundreds of times larger than the earth he destroys everything and everyone dies. the end.
I think this is absolutely something Hakita "Arsi" Patala should consider.

not on violent yet, but I'm happy that I at least p ranked it on some difficulty

the music feels as if everything for V1 is falling apart at the end of the level and that he is questioning every single action he has made up to this point, especially with the lazy and messy (in the good musical sense) sounding guitar, and the early jumps in the first 4 bars between C and Eb on the high guitar emphasize the messiness.
this is very (obviously) in-line with the end of 8-3. Please forgive the most likely quite cringeworthy thing I am about to say, but I interpret the entire space part as hell just saying "if you feel so inclined to painfully squirm your way through this level without looking back, then I'll just show you its true nature!" (or something along the lines of that) and then destroying and discarding everything that V1 was learning about the level and making him question everything he ever knew, yet simultaneously trying to lure him into a false sense of familiarity with fragmented parts from every layer and level (which is reflected in the music for that part in everyone's favorite part of the song). Then again, isn't that what Fraud kinda is? To me, it feels like Fraud is just hell fucking with V1 with increasingly confusing terrain and rooms. Like, at first, in 8-1, it was only just shifting rooms and misleading doors, then in 8-2 it was messed up mirrored realms and gravity shifting, and so on.
I hope none of this makes me sound silly or misinformed about the lore or anything, this is all my interpretation and theories of fraud which I don't really know if they are accurate or not, but the point is that the music outro to 8-3 is like V1 reflecting on everything so far, before the final climax.
if you couldn't tell, I really really like fraud and its music, like too much. I'm gonna go on one more little little rant about Event Horizon.
I love how at the end of every loop in Event Horizon (haha every section of Event Horizon is comprised of two loops [minus the muffled dropout partway through of everyone's favorite part {you know which one I am talking about and YES I am using TRIPLE parentheses}] of the same chord progression because it's in the level Disintegration Loop hahaha!!!!), it never fully resolves to the beginning of the next version of the same loop. For example, section 4 ends with a weird E minor type chord and then goes into section 5, which starts on G minor, and when section 5 loops, it ends on an F#7 and starts on a G minor, which I love how disconnected it is!!!! The only time that it does resolve is from the end of section 3 to section 4, where it goes from G to Cm, a perfect cadence, and from the end of section 3 to the beginning of section 4, where it goes from Dm (I think?) to Gm, but, technically speaking, it's not even a very strong resolution. I really really like that no chord at the end of a loop fully resolves to the beginning chord of the next, it fits really well with just fraud itself, always making you second guess.

I'm finally done with the rough draft of my new EP!!!! I just need to mix stuff a bit better then I will post it to YouTube and on here also after my friends ( @asleepstew , @moldysamxmoldymario , and @skyvancer ) and I coordinate cover art stuffs.
I'm going on a trip in a few days so I'll probably take around a few more weeks to release it, but I am so very proud of it so far.
