About this blog
It's a mish-mash of things I'm interested in, stuff that annoys me, things that I just don't get and posts about writing my life story. I doubt anyone will actually read it, but it's mostly for me. I welcome comments and questions.

You will see your passion grow each and every day. The idea that was once just a thought grows into an amazing and big business that thrills you. https://medium.com/words-worth-wows/you-will-see-your-passion-grow-each-and-every-day-dd1164e1c269 https://medium.com/words-worth-wows

The Beginning Of The END – A Letter To the Newcomers
Welcome –
I welcome you to what will inevitably become a complete and utter dumpster fire. I’m quite surprised that you have managed to stumble upon this lazily put together website considering that even a quick google search of the exact pretentious name that I thought up on the spot when asked to provide my preferred domain won’t get you anywhere near the real deal.
If I do in fact keep this up and write blog posts regularly, then I plan on talking about a few fairly varied subjects. I have many interests, as I am sure you do as well, and by starting this blog I have an opportunity to write about ALL of them, creating a mishmash of topics, sort of like when you mix all the colours of the rainbow and create The One True Colour — an ugly brownish-black.
My interests include: travel, languages, eco-friendly fashion and beauty, veganism, politics, ethics and last but definitely not least bitching about most things – Fight me! (Please don’t, I’m very weak.)
Well… enjoy! It’s a crazy world out there, man – don’t get hurt.
Signed, the Opinionated Beauty
I’m actually really excited right now, I bought a few jewelry items (three ear cuffs and a LGBT pride ring) as well as Steven Universe & Legend of Korra stickers for my laptop :)
please please please dont ever call someones interests a “phase”. whether it be their religion, who they love, what they wear, what they eat, what music they listen to, it doesn’t matter. diminishing something someone cares about into a “phase” is a lot more hurtful than you would think.
remember, the moon goes through phases but it’s still the moon nonetheless.
As I freshman in college last year I met a few women of AKA. I would speak to them at events & even a few would converse with me & give friendly hugs when they saw me. All of those girls I felt comfortable approaching ended up graduating. Now the only ones left on camp are the few who were never really on the scene for me to talk to but through my research I can pick them out of a crowd. How do I approach them in a respectful/discrete way? Also would it be rude to give them my business card?
I would try to do the same thing you did with those who graduated. Attend events & start small talk then! And yes, I would avoid giving a business card unless they ask for contact information, but I know they will generally give you theirs instead.
