intertwined / parts relationship - this is a flag for alters in the same system that are in a relationship and cannot define their relationship as specifically platonic or romantic due to being part of the same person. It is a mix of platonic, romantic, sexual, or familial love that is unique because it overlaps with self love. Sexualities and genders of individuals alters do not have to correspond for a system to have a parts relationship, as it’s a part of yourself.
