Why didn’t the writers give him more???) 

Sweet, Savoury or Spicy: 

Savoury. 

As much as I love sweets...  it’s best measured and treasured. And as much as I love spicy, I’m having a mucus waterfall and red eyes after one normally spiced Korean ramen packet... *my sad life*

Sparkling water, tea or coffee: Why is there no milk or juice? This baby doesn’t have Chai until she’s sick nor coffee until she has to be up all night for an exam.

And let’s not talk about the blasphemy done to water.

Pets: 

I had lots of fish - one big one stayed with me for 12 years! He was born when I was so letting go was hard. Though we never named him... 

Right now I’m just playing with the pets of my landlady and they are adorable and my life! (Three cats, one is called Georgie and he’s a little food monster).

Fic Interview Tag Game (?)

I was tagged by the amazing @seenashwrite (really, I’m honored), to do this interview thingy. Tags are at the bottom.

1. What inspires your work most? (The show it is based on, the actor who portrays a certain character, maybe the character itself? It could even be an experience.)

The character, I think? I mean, I love writing about Dean because he’s just so multi-layered and has such emotional depth so it’s fun to see what I can do with that. Mostly though, I get inspiration out of songs, books, movies and challenge prompts. Usually, I pick a prompt I like and let it tell me the story. 

2. What is your favorite fandom to write for?

Supernatural. Because of Dean Winchester, no doubt. Even if I do write for another fandom, Dean’s always there in a cross-over of sorts.

3. Which perspective do you prefer writing in? (First-person, second-person, third-person)

Third. From Dean’s POV (though I do blend his voice with mine sometimes). I do write in second person, too, but mostly, because I like to shake up things every once and a while (which is also why some of my stories are written in past tense, and some others present).

4. Do you prefer writing reader fics or OCs?

All of my fics are reader inserts, but I do try to add some distinguishing characteristics every now and then to make things more interesting. I have written three novels and many sort stories beyond the Supernatural verse, so, I love writing OCs, but just don’t include many of them in fanfiction. Does that make sense?

5. Do you prefer writing longer works or one shots?

Well. I have one shots that are long (The Promise and Cross My Heart are both 7K long) and these are my favorite to write, because I get to develop the characters more, build the story more, add more layers etc. And. I can’t write a series to save my life. It takes continuity and with the amount of challenges I’m a part of, I don’t have time to focus on a multipart series, though I would like to, at some point.

6. Do you take requests?

No. Again, mostly because I don’t have time due to all the challenge fics I write.

7. Do you enjoy getting random Asks?

YES. 

8. What inspires the names for OCs (or extra character names) in your works? Do you pick them from real life or just select them at random? A mix?

It depends. Sometimes, I know how I’m going to name someone because, in my mind, they’re related to characters from other stories (like Marty from Somewhere Only We Know for instance). Other times, I name them after friends or look up meanings of names (like demon Doyle in Since I’ve Been Loving You). Or I ask my friends for advice ( @trexrambling actually named Sam’s daughter for me in my new Christmas AU).

9. If your story(ies) have OCs, are their appearances based on real people or celebrities? If so, who?

Both. In Cross My Heart, Benny’s girlfriend, Emily was named after my twin (and that led to her companion series Living The Dream). In The Promise, part two, Sam was actually named after Sam Claflin (because I love him and had just watched Their Finest). In Somewhere Only We Know, Marty is based off Marty Deeks from NCIS:LA because he’s my baby (even if I killed him).

10. How long have you been writing fanfiction?

Ugh, so many years. I first started about six years ago when I wrote some fanfiction on Nick Jonas (not my finest moment, you guys). And then, I actually wrote a cross-over of One Tree Hill and Supernatural, where Dean was just an ordinary man and my OFC was a sister of the Scott brothers. And then. I wrote a cross-over of Supernatural, One Tree Hill and Chicago Fire where my OFC is Dean’s girlfriend, Nathan’s and Lucas’ sister and Matt’s best friend. After that, I started writing for Supernatural solely, wrote a few absolutely awful fics, wrote a long ass novel based on Love, Rosie and after all of that was done, I started this blog.

Brad’s new ice cream shop is opening today and he was so excited that he woke up at 4:30 AM and started running around like a little kid on Christmas, then he basically had to drag me to the gym where he PR’d on bench out of excitement lol it was very cute. I’m excited for him.
