lore drop moment.. in middle school and a bit in high school i got the chance to dabble(learn + perform routines!) in different kinds of African dance(the guy i learned from in middle school was from Malawi, and in high school i know it was Senegalese dance, but unfortunately i don't have any other details) and it was So fun, it was also just my first introduction to dance in general and i know they were really rare opportunities but i always hope i'll get the chance to do it again!!

and i think i wasn't too bad at it, since our instructor made me the group leader(?) in high school, so i got to be first in line and stuff. they're experiences i am extremely grateful for!!
