That's important to me too. Collaboration is actually extremely important to me. As happy as I am working on my own, all of my best projects and memories are from collaborative efforts. On creativity, architecture is this odd thing where the medium for creativity is slightly different from writing or painting. I had to learn, and am still learning, how to take my personal brand of creativity and use architecture as a medium for it. It's a weird unlearning and relearning process.
