Purpose Of life
As an INTP and an internal medicine resident, I currently have no ambitions. I don’t have the ambition to win competitions, publish papers in top journals, pursue another degree, and so on. Like, what’s the point of chasing all of that? I just want to graduate soon, make money, help people, and spend quality time with my family.
I can say that I don’t put all my effort into being the best — just enough to pass the exams. Yeah, I’m sure most other INTPs are the same: not really ambitious about competitions or things like that. Sometimes I’m afraid that if I do my best, people will rely on me, and then one day, when I don’t have the motivation anymore, I’ll disappoint them.
I just wonder how some people have such amazing determination to be at the top, because we INTPs never have that (LOL).
But now I have a problem that every INTP has, and I really want to solve it: how can I become a consistent person? I just want to have positive routines, but it’s always difficult to turn them into habits because they never last very long.
Just pray for me
