Has a unique 3/4 gatefold cover with pictures and information about each of the Beatles. This album is just "Introducing the Beatles" with a new cover and a new name. However they didn't bother changing the record label to reflect the new title. So, even though the cover says, "Songs, Pictures and Stories of the Fabulous Beatles," the record label still says "Introducing the Beatles." The album was given its own unique catalog number "VJ 1092" which is printed on the front cover but the record label has the original catalog number "VJLP 1062" for "Introducing the Beatles." Introducing the Beatles (1964) by The Beatles (Counterfeit)

This is a counterfeit copy of Introducing the Beatles. Some of the ways to identify this record as a counterfeit are: The cover photo is of low quality and has actually been blown up a bit to where the "S" in "BEATLES" is really close to the edge of the cover. George Harrison's shadow is missing. The front cover has the word "STEREO" printed under the Vee-Jay logo but the catalog number printed on the bottom right corner is the mono catalog number "LP 1062." The catalog number printed on the top right corner of the back cover is "LP 1062" but it should be "VJLP 1062." The record label has the "rainbow/color" band design but there's almost no green which should be a more prominent color. The title of the album and the band name are separated by the center spindle hole and they should not be. All authentic copies of this album have both the album title and the band name above the spindle hole. The back cover song lists include S1s6 "Ask Me Why" and S2s1 "Please, Please Me" but the record label lists S1s6 as "Love Me Do" and S2s1 as "PS I Love You. However, S1s6 plays "Ask Me Why" instead of "Love Me Do" and S2s1 plays "Please, Please Me" instead of "PS I Love You." Track List Side 1 1. I Saw Her Standing There 2. Misery 3. Anna 4. Chains 5.
