hi!! ok, I'm definitely not an expert, but I can definitely show how I do mine! my current one is this one.
1. I put my name, or the name I was people to call me. in my case, I always put "i'm rikki", "this is rikki", "welcome to rikki's blog" or something like that. I chose to do it that way so people immediately know how to call me!
2. you wanna match your introduction post to how your blog looks like. when I want to change my blog, the first thing I think of is the profile picture I will use, and then I set the vibe from there. so, you wanna look for icons and pictures who match your profile picture in terms of color, vibe, aesthetic, same theme (since my blog is very k-pop centered, I put other icons of the idol I have in my profile picture) etc.
3. still thinking about the vibe, look for song lyrics or just sentences you think match the aesthetic you're going for. since, for my current blog look, I chose to go for something more "swag", I searched for songs I think have lyrics that match it (that's why I picked "thot shit" by Megan Thee Stallion and "never lose me" by Flo Milli).
4. besides the lyrics and all, I like to add information. like my age, my pronouns, my mbti, etc.
