My company isn't having our annual holiday party, so instead they sent everyone one of those fancy snack baskets.

And I'm like, "Yes. Good. From now on please simply send me food rather than forcing me to socialize with my coworkers."

This weekend I’m supposed to get my blood drawn for annual examination.  I think my mild thrombocytopenia is officially gone; def need to check my bad cholesterol levels. 

Also need to attend a Christmas work party which is being held in another city far south. I wonder if the three dudes I went to Colorado with are going to show...I’m not super excited for it nor am I dreading it. It’ll be a way for me to make an appearance, maybe try to socialize/network/whatever you call it.
