How would Lotor aproach a touch starved yet introvertit and shy s/o?

With my usual respectful permission and charming words, of course. I do not touch without being asked to do so nor do I pressure others into doing things they find too out of their comfort zone. Introvert, extrovert, I have a bare minimum understanding of those terms. Touch-starved? Shy? Both require a certain degree of patience not many know how to harness. 

So believe me when I say that asking permission is always first and foremost the most important step in approaching any relationship.
