got any recommendations for vtubers? can be corpo or not
Well, I only watch male vtubers, so if you're looking for women, I am not the person to ask.
This is probably going to be a novel, so more after the jump.
Corpos:
I personally love all the Holostar EN boys. However, I do like ones more than others.
Gavis Bettel (Holostars EN) is someone I've really, really come to enjoy watching. His stuff is a mix of silly games to more serious games. In the span of a week, he can go from just chatting to Katamari to Lies of P. He is all over the place for content, so odds are he plays something you like. He dabbles in GTA RP sometimes too. He was part of the VTRP back in December and he has played on NoPixel before during 4.0. He also is very, very musically talented. He puts out original songs as well as covers, and he is learning to play guitar. His original stuff is on Spotify, and I def suggest you listen to it. I can't sing his praises enough. He is my personal favorite out of everyone I watch.
Crimzon Ruze (Holostars EN) is very much on the other side of the wave than Bettel. Ruze plays a lot of fantasy games and does different DND-esque episodes. His current "season" just started this week. I'm not a DND fan, but it's fun to watch. He takes part in different RP things as well such as VTRP and the rp on Minecraft where he was Clifford Rolexus. He is even working with a company to come out with his own set of dice that is his general colors. Sometimes, if you're lucky you get to see his cats as well. He has his own that he takes care of, but he also takes care of a lot of ferals where he's at via like the tag and release program. He's a tsun with a heart of gold.
Goldbullet (Holostars) is more your classic Nintendo fanboy. When he first started out, he wasn't really seen in a good light because of some stuff that may or may not have happened in DMs. Some people have even said that the people who are accusing him were using their own accounts and made it look like the account as his. Either way, he is back in good graces and he has changed the content he puts out. He used to do a lot of like bfe-ish stuff, but he's become a lot cozier. He plays a lot of old school N64-Gamecube era games, but he does dabble into horror. He is also currently on hiatus because he has issues with his heart, and he is working to rest and heal up. I'm honestly pretty torn about it, because the heart stuff is a little close to home with everything with my younger sister with her LVAD and needing a new heart and whatnot. His streams are really fun. Def worth the follow.
Regis Altare (Holostars EN) is very much on the same wavelength as Goldbullet in the sense that his streams are cozy af. He plays a lot of Pokemon and a lot of Minecraft. He plays other things like Valorant and Battlefield, but he is absolutely a Pokemon streamer. I just recently started to dabble into watching his stuff myself, tbh. The overall vibe of his streams is really nice too. Absolutely worth the time to check out his page.
Jurard T Rexford (Holostars EN) is the total 180 of the last two I mentioned. He is absolutely unhinged. I don't get to watch his stuff live a lot of the time because he's from East Asia and streams at the asscrack of dawn for me, but his streams are a treat. He is the leader of the Armis wave. He plays a lot of different things, so odds are you will find him playing something you like. He is the one most likely to collab with some of the Hololive girls as well. He's very charismatic. Also, don't say the word birthday in his chat. He has a bot to play a jumpscare when someone mentions it's their birthday.
Josuiji Shinri (Holostars EN) is cozy, but like uneasy cozy. While his streams are cozy, he is the horror king of all of Holostars EN. A lot of his member only streams are watching horror or listening to horror podcasts. He plays a lot of horror games. He is the member to most likely be caught rizzing a ghost. He recently moved to Japan, and he was hoping his apartment was haunted. While he does play a lot of horror, he does dabble in really cute and cozy games. His Slime Rancher 2 stream is my comfort stream I watch when I'm stressed from work. It's really cute. Shinri in general is cute.
Vantacrow Bringer (Nijisanji EN) is someone who I've recently started to watch. I don't really fuck with Nijisanji because I was an Ike fan and that's another story for another time. Vanta is pretty open to playing anything. I've been watching a lot of his Genshin streams, but his stuff is great. He is also pretty big on keeping his chat in check so they don't become parasocial crazies. A lot of his stuff is horror-ish like Resident Evil, but he dabbles in Genshin a lot.
Zander Netherbrand (FSP EN) is another I recently started to watch. He is pretty open to play anything, but he plays a lot of Zomboid and Civ 6. If you are a member of his, you get treated with his ASMR videos he does. He has an OC he made through his ASMR videos that I adore. He's very much for the shes/theys/and gays. He leans heavily into the fujo side of vtubing. Zander is a sweetie though. Look for everything with the Nix Voltare debacle and you'll see just how much of a dear he is.
Ryzar Blazenfang (FSP EN) is someone I just happen to watch only because someone gifted me on his channel recently. He is pretty all over the place for games he plays. Again, he might play someone you like or end up liking. He ended up playing Love and Deepspace lately, and it's absolutely an experience you need to watch lmao. He's even come to keep playing it when he isn't streaming it. He dabbles in ASMR, like his label mate Zander. His fans are called cupcake as well, so he gets a lot of tooth-rottingly cute fanart. Ryzar is mega cute.
Non corpos:
Xochipilli is an Aztec God vtuber. His model is insanely good. He's from Mexico, so a lot of his streams have Spanish and English in it. I only just started to watch his streams because I thought his model was cute, and he put out a pretty blush worthy short to his Twitter which caused me to react to and he replied back to me lmao. He's pretty musically talented too. He has covers, original songs, and he has made it known that he's a band teacher in a school.
Orion is what I like to call the Genshin King. I found his page on accident, but I like to watch his stuff. He plays a lot of Genshin/HSR/WuWa. His model is pretty cute too tbh. He is insanely good at Genshin too, so if you want building advice and which artifact set for a character, absolutely check him out.
Vain is something else. He is very good friends with Zander Netherbrand and Hakka (who is a Holostar EN guy). They even did a doomed yaoi cover song called "Choose Me." He, like Zander, leans more into the fujo side of the vtubing sphere. He plays a lot of different things, so you're likely to find him playing something you like. He's Aussie, so he streams a little later into the evening for me too.
Vilhelm Vanderbos is actually re-debuting this weekend. The company he was a part of is no more, but they let all the talent keep their IPs. He is insanely cozy. He plays a lot of your cozier games like farm sims and whatnot. He also does a lot of art streams because he is a very talented artist. He has a Discord too that I'm a part of. The vibes with Vilhelm are cozy. Tuck me in, I'm in cozy overdrive.
Liminal Lark is another fantasy sort that I really like to watch. He has a super secret job right now, so he can't stream as much as he'd like to. He is also part vtuber/part fleshtuber. He's really fun to just listen to. He comes across as really knowing his shit in the outside world as well. I've been watching a lot of his older videos, and he's been a joy to watch.
Sylvain in the S Suport says he’ll continue proposing to Byleth over and over until he’s taken seriously.
Now with Ingrid how many times does it take for him to even remotely take him seriously? He’s been making the joke of wanting to just marry her since they were kids. Then every time she cleaned up after him in the academy- he’d just say “I’ll marry you Ingrid, you’ll have a wealthy husband and I’ll have you.” Or along those lines. Then you’ve got the war where Sylvain wants to marry her, incase something happens to either of them not coming back.
Then the wars over. Sylvain is finally gonna get the love of his life if it kills him or not. After all if he can survive a 5 years war. He can marry Ingrid.
