Tony swallowed hard. Fury had told him that Howard Stark of all people, had somehow managed to find himself this far in the future. He wasn’t sure what to expect, but he was really hating the one eyed pirate right now, for making him stay here to greet him.
The man desperately tried to not grimace when the duo walked through the door. “So... Time Travel huh?”

there was a lot tony could deal with in the world. being a ‘super hero’? yeah. aliens that were norse gods? sure. a full blown alien invasion coming out of a wormhole to invade the planet? why not. but this... this he wished he could draw the line at. time travel. “really not in kansas anymore.” he muttered. he was almost to his destination - the first and last person he wanted to see just a little ways away from him. howard. his dad. tony steeled himself before approaching. “howard stark?”

“Dad? Do I get a say in what school I go to?” He knew that they were going to send him to boarding school next year, but that didn’t mean he was happy about it. He remembered the disaster that his first and only day of kindergarten had been.

@inventedthehovercar Tony was bored. And nothing good ever came of that. "Dad? Can I watch you work?" The answer to that was often 'no,' but how was he ever supposed to learn stuff if he wasn't allowed to watch?
