Inversion Method| How to Grow Your Hair Fast?
Just hanging around on inversion table to help decompress disks and increase health of my spine. I've been using inversion for the last 15 years after a car accident left me with 7 disk herniations and a world of pain. Also being diagnosed with AS (anklosing spondylitis) in my 30's, (a disease where your spine actually fuses), I needed to keep my back in the best condition possible. Not only does it feel so good to feel the decompression, it helps hydrate your disks by diffusion. Anyone else have back issues that have stopped you from achieving your goal? Who else can relate to this? #inversion #inversionmethod #spine #spinehealth #mazzcorecoaching #personaltraining #perserverance . . . . . (at Glendale, Arizona)

Day 5. #nopoo . I woke up like this. Literally. 90's t-shirt an all. Maybe not as a Snapchat filter. Today is a bit of a struggle, some parts are frizzy, some parts are oily, and Wisconsin winters aren't helping me with all the crazy static. I got this though. It's wash day and I will be doing a mask as well... maybe... I also started the inversion method last night. #noshampoo #nopoochallenge #nopoomethod #inversionmethod #organic #naturalhair #haircare #longhairdontcare #longhairjourney
LADIES I FOUND A MAGICAL HAIR GROWTH ROUTINE!!
I am so excited I came across this method because it truly worked and in one week my hair grew half an inch of thick healthy hair!
It’s called the Inversion Method, which you can look up on youtube and follow but basically this is what you do:
For 7 days straight, once a month, (no longer or your hair will get used to it and stop growing essentially) you flip your head over (carefully) and massage your scalp while upside down for 4-5 minutes. The blood rushing to your head plus massaging the scalp stimulates the hair follicles in your scalp to grow! Think about it...hair grows from the scalp, not the tips...which is why trimming your hair every 8 weeks really doesn’t help with growing! But you do want to make sure your ends aren’t dead or you will just keep growing hair on dead ends and it won’t look as healthy. I always say I would rather my hair be short and healthy, than long and dead! So if you sadly have dead ends, the only way is to cut it off first. But then once your hair is healthy, it won’t be long before it’ll grow,...especially with this inversion method!!
After the 4 minutes are up, slowly lift your head back up so you don’t get dizzy. Do this for 7 days straight and you should see half an inch to an inch of growth in just one week!! it is so easy and magical, I am going to do this every month!
A few more tips...
Coconut oil does wonders for your skin, hair and body. You can apply the oil to your scalp and massage like you would normally and just wash it out the next day. You may need to shampoo 2-3 times to really get the oil out. But it leaves your hair smoother and shinier and has been known to aid with hair growth! Or any other oil will work...argan oil, olive oil, grapeseed oil. Adding cinnamon is also supposed to aid in stimulating the follicles.
The reason I didn’t put the oil in everyday was because I didn’t want to wash my hair everyday....to have healthy hair..it is best to wash it every 3 days or every other day depending on how greasy your hair gets. So when I knew I was going to wash my hair the next day, I would put oil in it to go to bed, since it makes it extremely greasy looking. Just make sure you sleep with a towel on your pillow!
Another tip is after you shower, do not brush your hair with a normal brush, instead use a comb starting from mid to the ends to get the tangles out. Using a comb helps to avoid split ends while brushing wet hair!
Another tip for hair growth is to stay away from heat products (curling and straightening irons, blow dryers..etc) and to use scrunchies instead of tight elastic hair bands. Scrunchies don’t seem to make creases in hair as much and they are very stylish!
Good luck with the inversion method, I wish you all the best! I can’t wait to do this again next month since I had great results :)
Also..the inversion method can only be done for 7 days straight once a month, no longer, or your body will become accustomed to it and it won’t stimulate the hair follicles as much...just like a tolerance to something...however feel free to apply oil to your hair whenever you want...it won’t hurt it ! But the inverting your hair can only be done once a month. I wish you all the best!!
One last thing! A nice diy treatment to achieve thick, smooth and healthy hair...
mix 2 eggs (just added protein for hair growth) and 4 tablespoons of grapeseed oil and pour it over your head and massage it in. Leave that mixture in for an hour, then rinse it out with just water. Next apply coconut oil (or any hair growth oil) and massage in your head and leave for an hour as well, or even overnight. Then shampoo! I did this twice during my inversion method week 1 and I just loved the feeling of my hair afterwards and it is supposed to help with hair growth!
But if you don’t have time for your hair to look like a greasy mess, just do the inversion method before bed every night for 7 days! The results will be better if oil is added, but you should still see hair growth! Let me know if you have any questions or if you have tried this!!
Happy hair growth everyone!
