The song “Gravity” really does sounds like something Inverted!Neil would sing, but I really don’t know what would trigger him into doing that yet. All I know is that Charlie is Nightmare, Neil is Lute and Dream is Adam… But, Dream ain’t dead so idfk.

That idea of Lute projecting an Adam ghost or something like that is pretty damn cool, so I'mma steal it because the Idea of Hope using Dream's image and/or even pretending that they're Dream to manipulate Neil into doing what they want is SO awesome-sauce.

Also, I made some adjustments to his design, I made Neil look older cuz' in my head it would make sense, and gave him a star in his chest to symbolize he's serving Hope, and also gave him the fact that he can never stop smiling, quite like Hope themself and some other Dreamtale citizens.

No, guys, Dream isn't dead, he's just trapped... somewhere... wonk wonk... That reminds me, I kinda changed my artstyle a bit, I was reading Homestuck, saw the artstyle and said "damn, that artstyle seems very fun to draw!" So I tested it, and it is! Since I hate doing lineart, it's so satisfying to get a look at the final result right away.

Yeah so I kinda rewritted Inverted!Ink’s character a bit, Ink is such a complex character dude, I only noticed that after watching a video doing a deep dive into Ink’s character (the video is from Mimimuta on Youtube, I really recommend it) and oh boy I discovered LOTS of thing I never knew, things that were said by Myebi herself!

Anyway, I did this “in-character check” on the Invertedverse pilot and wrote lots of dialogues between Ink and Hope, bc he really influences Ink's actions, the best way I can describe it without telling you EVERYTHING about it is; abuser and victim dynamic. At least that’s what I aim to achieve, I didn’t ever quite wrote an this dynamic before.
