Okay maybe I have, like, one hundred million comments.

So first, idfk if Poppy would drink wine, but I guess that doesn't matter. Idk the context of this, maybe Wine was trying to convince Poppy that he deserves to be in charge of something of which I’m not quite sure of what it is yet, and Nightmare gives him credit i guess.

Whatever it is Nightmare has to help him because of the contract Wine signed for Nightmare… Also this interaction makes me think on Poppy’s and Nightmare’s dynamic, maybe something like “passive-agressive besties who will eventually betray eachother dynamic”.

Second, ignore how Wine makes a whole paragraph on how he doesn’t like men… now where did I take that from you may ask, I’ve been doing my research and I discorvered that Fellswap Gold Sans, on his beta concepts, was suppose to have an gender identity issue (he’d use dresses!!!), and I decided to bring that back but in a sexuality form, because Fellswap Gold is kind of “the homophobic au”, y’know, and I think it would complement Nightmare’s arc pretty well! (No I did not forget Undyne on this, she has her own little arc.)

Because of that, Nightmare’s arc would not happen without Wine and Wine’s arc would not happen without Nightmare, and I love that!

Now are they gonna be romanticaly related? I don’t know. Maybe they will “metaphorically”, because even with the whole: “bruh, you look like me/we’re the same person” thing, they make so much sense to be together. So yeah this is kind of an old man yaoi for y’all.

Third… this new alternate clothing for Nightmare was based on the time period Fellswap Gold is based in, 1984!

To be honest, I’ve been keeping this drawing away for a long time cuz’ of fear of judgement, but life is too short man, we need to live.
