Well, isn't this fitting as I walk this journey for my Kickstarter Campaign #InspireProject2017! I am inspired by my family - you can look through my thread and see that! By my Faith - and that crazy little nudge that pushes you on days when you feel like giving up! By this amazing community - that rallies behind each other in such amazing ways. By the kindness of others - just when you need it. I really could go on! • And though I cannot say at this juncture in my practice that I am inspired to do Bow Pose, especially on a not-so-great day... but that nudge inside made me muster up smile and for that, it will be the thing I write down as my Gratitude Note for today.
