I just found your page and I really love it. Your family lore tag made me laugh harder than I have in perhaps eight months? Its amazing and special made more so by its great writer. Also all praise aside I am glad that other people have crazy family stories too.
In my experience, everyone’s got at lest SOME kind of weird family story, but sometimes you need to go digging through the attic for the evidence. I’m very lucky to have the family I do, and I’m happy to share. Thank you so much for the kind words and have a great day!

Alright! Let’s talk about an embarrassing fact! You know the hazard light (the button with the triangle on it) button on a car’s dashboard? For the longest time, I thought that was a self-destruct button. I believed this because my dad (thanks dad) told me when I was little that that’s what it does, and even tried to “demonstrate” how it works, causing me to cry and scream for him to turn off the button. What gets even more embarrassing is that I believed this until I was in high school. It took me asking one of my friends what the hazard button was for in order for me to finally believe that the hazard button wasn’t a self-destruct button. And of course, when I told them why I wanted to know, they laughed, saying that was both hilarious and cruel.

I hope everyone else is having a good time. I forgot about my favorite holiday. Didn't dress up or nothing. To be fair though my mind has been on my dog claw-bo and my uncle Will. Both are in the hospital. Will needs like 20 small tumors removed and we still don't know what is going on with bo. Ill get some face paint later and hand out candy but overall not a good Halloween for me.
