Hello there. : ) I just wanted to say that I am so relieved to see someone standing up for BC and defending him from all these ignorant SJW children who think they know anything about an actor because they read his YFIP page (which consists of 98% misquotes, twisted information and just straight-up lies). I am so incredibly excited about BC being Doctor Strange, and it's lovely to see others sharing my enthusiasm. ^^ Rock on! /Lin

Yeah I find YFIP-culture horribly patronizing. Like I’m 24 okay, I know this dude I like because of his face and acting talents isn’t a PERFECT human being. But we can never know what people are like really, and its completely stupid to try and claim we can tell from print interviews.

The sun was glinting off the waves, the air was warm and smelled faintly of salt and iodine. Sherlock supposed that to some people the sight would be beautiful, idyllic, picturesque, and a bunch of other ridiculous adjectives.

People were playing on the beach, frolicking and supposedly enjoying the weather. John had waded out for a swim. Sherlock, however, was most pointedly not sulking under a large umbrella with sand in places sand should never be. He was thinking. Yes, that sounded plausible. Much easier to think in the shade.

His mood lifted slightly as John made his way across the beach. His hair looked golden in the light, his shoulders gently bronzed by the sun. He put his book aside and looked up as John stepped into the shade of the umbrella.

He grinned as he squatted down, bringing his face level with Sherlock's.

"Forgot to put sun cream on again, did you?" John chided playfully. He bent down and grazed his lips across the itching bridge of Sherlock's nose. The contact was, despite all logic, cooling and comforting.
