Domestic Duels

banner source I wanted to do an ask game as winter eases it's way in with cozy vibes. it's not really a competition of course, just fun and silly. Pick which question you want the real answer for and I'll answer with a little blurb explaining why! You can also ask for the worst, take a guess from the character list, or ask a question not on the list (this is just what I came up with) All answers are entirely subjective and based on my opinion. Also I'm going to post even if no one asks XD

Best omega to grocery shop with: Sunday

Sunday can be easily talked into a little treat. Or twelve. And he enjoys trying new foods, which keeps the experience lively. Living and growing up in Penacony means he doesn't have a typical concept of foods not going together either, although he's still adorably disappointed if something tastes bad. Sometimes his perfectionism means he'll try and "fix" the recipe, with mixed results

The one you think would be the best to shop with: Sanji

Sanji's still pretty great to shop with. However, his version of a good time is a leisurely stroll through the produce section, where he takes his time selecting only the best, or complaining loudly if there isn't anything, followed by a trip to the butchery department, and then combing around for new focal point ingredients. You're definitely getting the best food out of the experience, but this way of shopping isn't for everyone

Best omega to have a cat with: Sanji

He spoilers the damn thing rotten, and it's utterly delightful. He finds having a cat with you very rewarding? It's an affectionate creature yes, but you have to earn it's affection. Maladaptive or not, this is something Sanji finds very comfortable about his relationship with Sous Miao. He makes the cat's food himself, using only bone broth and his carefully calculated vitamin formula and whatever the best surf and turf mix at the market was, and it likes to sit and watch him cook. He will very seriously show it ingredients for its approval.

The one you think would be best to have a cat with: Sasuke

Sasuke is also lovely to have a cat with. He gets along well with them, they're useful animals too, keeping mice and bugs out of the store-rooms, and the Uchiha have a special affinity for them. But that is the problem! The cat likes him more than you! Of course cats are discerning creatures and have every right to choose their preferred human, but you at least thought you'd be in the running! But no. Sure it will sit with you and play with you and sleep in the same room as you, but as soon as Sasuke is home, good luck getting it to answer to it's own name if you're calling. And the worst part is you feed it real cat food or fish or bacon and Sasuke will feed it rice and somehow he still wins.

Best omega to learn knitting with: Sasuke (although Iruka comes a close second)

People who are a certain type of organized seem to be good at learning to knit. You have to be methodical, but also understand how the shapes go? I get frustrated with it personally, but I think Sasuke would actually be patient with this kind of work when doing it with a partner. He picks it up quickly but understands where you can mess up. The repetitive base of it being the core of getting good at knitting also feels a little like training/blade work to him, which has always been more relaxing compared something like jutsu training which needs constant refining.

(Iruka only doesn't come first because he'd either get distracted trying to teach so it's not really a together activity with him, or he'd be at a really advanced level so he'd spend a lot of time reassuring you he isn't bored taking time from his big projects, or you might try to keep up with him, fail and give up 😅. He wouldn't want to let you give up, but he doesn't necessarily need you to push yourself a little like Sasuke would)

The one you think would be best to earn knitting with: Yaga

He does lots of yarn/fiber art, but it's not out of joy 😔. He's excellent at it and can give you craftsman pointers on which types of yarn for a project, what needles to use, figuring out complex patterns. He can estimate how many bundles you need almost without thinking, knows what colors go together, and even has beginner projects. But for him, all this this is part of his job and make him both sad and happy. It's complicated.

Best omega to play video-games with: Ijichi

He's not super good, but he's really fair and doesn't get very frustrated . If it's a game where you're fighting against each other and it's new to you, he'll show you where to go for the tutorials and get snacks ready while you figure out how to play. Only once you're comfortable does he start getting competitive and it's very fun. When he's not being bullied by his friends coworkers, Ijichi can get just as crazy as any other sorcerer, and gets surprisingly loud. There might be a score tally in your house with prizes, the levels going up as the annual tournament challenge progresses.

The one you think would be best to play video-games with: Yuuji

Yuuji is still fantastic to play video games with, but probably less so for a beginner. He gets better at playing together once he's a dad, he's so patient and sweet to the kids it's adorable. He still has a competitive streak though. He doesn't necessarily want to play things he thinks he'll just win so every game he chooses to play with you is hard or takes time to learn the mechanics. With your kids, he's good at letting them win the right amount. With you, he wants to really go at it, so he would prefer you to just play with him and figure it out as you go along. He's excellent playing animal crossing with though because he gets really focused on it and can get you lots of items.

Um 😅truly it's bc he (supposedly) contracts with the octopus devil. Or at least something with tentacles. We don't know what he gave away to do it, but he doesn't outwardly have any marks. So... what if he just pays with his body sometimes? and what if he needs help so that he doesn't go completely out of his mind when that happens and maybe deals with spawning type consequences? Just what if.

Yoshida himself doesn't come off as all that kinky rn tbh (although csm intentionally leans into disgust and manipulation elements rather than sensuality). We don't know too much about how he feels about anything. He's extremely detached from his emotions and seems to both enjoy playing the role of minder, and playing the role of villain. My current read on him is that if he was choosing, he'd prefer to do something comparatively vanilla, no pain, to restraints, not a huge amount of anything particularly messy. Maybe some toys, but that's about it. If his partner is choosing, he's willing to go along with anything, although it's really hard to crack the mask of laughing indifference, and when he does, he can either become really invested or not want to continue at all (yay trauma).

So anything that triggers disgust or degradation can either make him teary and sloppy and want to push himself to prove he can follow his partner's lead, or it can totally pull him out of immersion and he'll need a breather.

I think he'd be really great at deepthroating. Like I want to bully him and watch him drool over something too big (super unusual bc that typically isn't my thing)

He'd probably be into some sort of chikan thing, or a reverse corruption with an alpha, where he's taunting them for wanting him so badly they'd do something taboo in public (again! not my thing usually, like it gets too real, but him taunting someone into giving into their base urges and letting him give alpha a hj... hngh). Also a kind of role reversal where he starts out initiating but then gets too into it and loses control.

Suuuper shy about him crossdressing. He's not attached to gender stereotypes necessarily, but he hides under that fringe of his and generally tries not to be noticed too much, and just dresses like a basic "boy"? So if you get him into a skirt and some nylons, or even better dress him up like a housewife and do a roleplay. That can be another borderline one for him bc he's not naturally demure? but playing that role and maybe adding a little free use in there to "train" him into proper house behavior, lets him act like it.

A thing he is really into, it's just more involved, is being sort of slowly mind-controlled? like just manipulated into being reliant on his alpha. he has "basement bf but enjoys it" energy, and honestly feels kind of brat-adjacent? Not in the silly cutesy way, he really wants you to go after him lol. And if there's hentai logic in there, like somno bc he's irresistible, or a little bit of giving him a substance, or even abandoning him until he's desperate for something from his partner.

If you can convert a basement into a sex dungeon he'd never criticize you XD.
