Hate to say it but an alpha going down on their omega in film or TV is probably still considered like the alpha is a unicorn.

Actor!au Satoru and his alpha push for it during the sports romance drama they do because it fits alpha's character and then end up dodging a bunch of questions about what it was like by being boring and praising their intimacy coordinator and talking about gender roles and social equity in sport between their characters instead (even though they know everyone is really digging for information on whether it was awkward as the first major project they did together after their rumored breakup).
Actor!au Yuuji does a scene in his second R-rated movie at like 29 where his costar goes down on him and has to laugh off the questions about his personal relationship and how his partner might feel about the film. It kinda makes him cranky tbh because people shouldn't be making calls on his alpha's personality based on one thing they don't have a right to know, but also there's so many other things that make a great partner. And on top of that, he was in the movie, not his partner who is not an actor, but of course the media focuses on the least important thing in the film

Actor!au Julian is very excited to get to play this out in a movie where he is a very grey questionable rival for the affections of the main character. He plays the more sensual and sexually pleasing and experienced of the love interests so his perspective on the utility of his intimate scenes is more about showing his character's libertine spirit and the emotional pull that character has on the main characters' physical desires. I think Ilya's alpha just likes to hear him talk during his interviews haha. It's a chance to show his thoughtful and deep-thinking side!
Mystic messenger
Actor!au 707 wants to lean into the stereotype of alphas who eat well when playing a character in a psychic-thriller romcom. He and his alpha don't play together in movies often so when they do, it's a little stressful on their relationship to have to manage a working one with it. He finds it kind of reassuring that their audience and fans can still see how devoted his alpha is, both on and off-screen. This feeling could go similarly with Saeran but I get the feeling he's a little more protective and possessive of his personal relationship image, so he doesn't like to talk about the intimate scenes of any films he's done with his alpha. 707 just doesn't mind as much, he trusts his own precautions and has a very private part of himself he mentally keeps separate very well.
After Jihyun heals more, like maybe seven or eight years? down the line, he does a gallery showing of portraits highlighting the sensual body that includes shots of himself and his alpha (although not showing full faces). One of the very famous (perhaps to his unsurprise but a little bit of annoyance) photos that everyone knows and many couples even purchase prints of, is a close-in shot that has his alpha moving his thigh, very clearly so they can eat him out. He got asked about this one a lot because people wanted to know if this was real. V likes realism in his work, but after his journey, he's able to definitely laugh and talk about how much hard work everyone put in to pose because the presence of the camera directly opposes the realism of sensuality in some of the scenes he was trying to shoot, because they require emotional comfort and openness, hence his alpha being the second subject in so many of them. He does not tell anyone any "real" photos are stored safely in his home in a private album that his alpha begged off him.
