I do have different little scenarios I came up with for the characters. I'm not good at coming up with ideas for mystery related stuff, so | like just imagining the random things the characters get up to. For example, ive been obsessed with the thought of Mackenzie crashing out on Connor, weather hes the Cornstalker or not. I feel like after the 3rd game, their hatred for each other becomes mutual. They always try to be nice to each other, but they aren't good at it.

I can never tell if he was acting super annoying on purpose when he was disguised as that encyclopedia man, or if thats a side of him we haven't been able to see. I like to belive the ladder. If hes evil, he has to have some kind of mean part of his personality. He has been a jerk a few times, but not in a way as obvious as that. Plus, it adds extra karma and satisfaction when Mackenzie freaks out on him.

I very obviously project a lot of my feelings towards Connor onto these characters, and most of them are not very positive. Like, i think hes funny sometimes but then a second later hes just the worst. Im not even exaggerating. Last time I replayed the 2nd game, I was on the level with the haunted house, having to talk to him, his nerdiness for antique stuff made me laugh. I was thinking to myself "wow hes funnier than I remember." And right then, he pulls out the fake lollipop and immediately I think "oh my god hes SO ANNOYING." I don’t like him. Also I cant draw him. I used to sort of be able to, but now I can't

Another thing I thought of just recently, (and of course it’s focused on Mackenzie × Chloe once again) is Chloe finding out Connor was the dude who randomly came and helped Mackenzie win the dance competition. I don't know why they can't tell it’s him when hes the milkman, and/or whatever he looked like in that specific part. Because they mention him being attractive a lot. Like, I genuinely don't think a character has ever spoken about him

in that context without having to point out how hot he is. (The unspoken rules of talking about the milkman.......) | like to think all he does is switch which side his abnormally large bangs (or bang...singular?) go. None of the characters in this franchise are very smart. Mackenzie is probably the most intelligent, but thats still not saying much. But seriously WHY IS IT SO GIANT OKAY BACK TO MY IDEA OOPS.

So Chloe is just insanely furious that he was the one to "romantically" as she would probably put it, guide Mackenzie through the dance while she was blind for some reason. (Seriously, why did only her mask not have eyeholes? I guess......that was Cornstalker's doing??????) Also Chloe says all this infront of a few people, embarrassing Mackenzie. A LOT, thinking she was being "heroic." She says it in the worst, cringest way possible, too. Something like "YOU DARE TRY TO STEAL THE LOVE OF MY LIFE?????" I dunno lmfao.

...Okay I’ll admit, if you talk to Penelope and Chloe after that part, they're like "hey who's that cute guy you were with?" (Chloe was just closeted at the time, okay? trust me...) So, its not very outlandish for her to call it romantic. Maybe I’m just projecting once more, but I highly doubt Connor, as a ->grown adult man,<- wanted it to come off that way. Plus, it’s Mackenzie-er I mean...lt’s the Touch detective we're talking about.

(Any Wings of Fire fans out there? Because I do think this guy has a bit of a Bombardier mentality. But instead just thinking one character likes him, he thinks everyone in this town has a crush on him. All of them. He is almost right… but he’s still a huge douchebag with the whole “turn em down gently” thing. I think that’d be a funny headcanon. Hopefully I worded this right and don’t sound like a hypocrite.😭)

I'm lwk losing interest in among us lately because most of my friends lwk look at me funny when i bring it up and it's #embarrassing, (i still love the series and characters dearly but i think I've explored all the world building i could in my head and I'm left with nothing interesting.. also MIRA is annoying to write about because their motifs are strange)
