I made these awhile back and thought I’d share them here as well. Hanamaruobake and Gudetama are the only Sanrio characters I really like, and go figure Hanamaru gets almost no merch or edits.

For those with screen readers, the first image is the intersex flag with Hanamaruobake jumping through the purple circle, holding up two stars in its “hands.” One is matte pale purple, the other pale gold and slightly metallic. The other is of Hanamaruobake overlaid on a two spirit flag, curled up in a ball at the top of the feathers.

A nifty fact, too? This little ghost canonically has they/it pronouns!

It is 2180, the Venutian Soldiers join forces with Tahu of the Blind Archers and her twin brother Kootz of the Runners after their homeland was destroyed by nuclear warfare by the Castilian invaders. Their fearless leader Po'Pay and Translator, Head Commander of the Spirit World Army, rush to aid Tahu and Kootz and order Ku-Hi of the Trackers and Meecuna of the Wringers to swiftly gather the survivors and send them forth on their journey. They will seek uncontaminated land to inhabit - to rebuild and regenerate their traditions, ceremonies, and way of life on ancestral sacred land.
